Help in case of malfunctions
Malfunction Possible cause

Remedy
Have repairs carried out.*
Sharpen cutting blade.
Have them balanced.*
Have repairs carried out.*

Move with a higher cutting height.

Create space for the mower mechanism
by moving back a short distance.

Clean discharge channel/mower deck.

Switch off the ride-on mower and remove
the safety key.
Replace cutting blades.*
Reduce ground travel speed.
Charge the batteries.
Hook in grass catcher correctly.
Have repairs carried out.*
