Grass catcher contact switch
The contact switch of the grass catcher ensures
that:
■
The mower mechanism motors cannot be
switched on if the grass catcher is not cor-
rectly attached.
■
The mower mechanism motors switch off as
soon as the grass catcher is not correctly
hooked in when the mower mechanism is
switched on.

Mower deck housing
The mower deck housing prevents contact with
the cutting blades and objects such as stones be-
ing thrown out (see chapter 5.6.4 "Carrying out a
visual inspection of the mower deck", page 53).

Do not use the charger in the
rain. Do not use the ride-on mow-
er in the rain or on wet grass! Do
not store the ride-on mower in
the open air!
Caution – Risk of fires! Do not al-
low the device to become soiled.
Accumulated dirt, e.g. grass cut-
tings stuck in the discharge chan-
nel, in the mowing deck, on the
motors and in the battery com-
partments, can lead to fires.
Keep other people, especially
children and animals, out of the
working area during mowing.
