Help in case of malfunctions

es.
WARNING! Severe injuries due to blade
parts being flung out. Worn, cracked or dam-
aged cutting blades can break, and their parts
can become dangerous projectiles.
Inspect the cutting blades for damage at reg-
ular intervals.
Do not use the ride-on mower if the cutting
blades are worn or damaged.
Have blunt or damaged cutting blades sharp-
ened or replaced only by one of the manufac-
turer's service centres or an authorised spe-
cialist company.
Inspect the cutting blades for sharpness and
signs of wear or damage after each use!
When servicing the cutting blades, note that
the cutting blades can move even when the
power source is switched off.
When replacing the blades, only use original
replacement blades (see Technical Data).
The use of non-original spare parts will void
the warranty and may result in damage to the
ride-on mower as well as serious injury.
Be careful when adjusting the machine to
avoid trapping fingers between the moving
cutting blades and fixed parts of the machine.
The left-hand (23/1) and right-hand (23/2)
cutting blades rotate in opposite directions

parts in a set (see Technical Data). They
must always be replaced together with their
blade bolts. This prevents imbalance and vi-
bration during operation.

Replacing the edge protectors (24)

The edge protectors on the mower deck wear
due to scrapes, e.g. on flower bed borders,
house walls or trees. They are therefore available
as replacement parts (see Technical Data).
1. Unscrew the old edge protectors on the left
and right of the mower deck.
Note: Keep the two screws for the new edge
protectors.
2. Fit new edge protectors (24/1).
3. Screw on each of the edge protectors with
two screws ST4.2x16 (24/2).
9 HELP IN CASE OF MALFUNCTIONS
CAUTION! Risk of injury. Sharp-edged
and moving appliance parts can lead to injury.
Always wear protective gloves during mainte-
nance, care and cleaning work!
NOTE For malfunctions that are not listed in
this table and that you cannot resolve yourself,
please contact your dealer.
Remedy
Insert the safety key.
Sit on the seat.
