6 Faults and troubleshooting
Electric shock from electronic components
Improper work on electronic components may result in hazardous electric shocks.
► The operator box should only be connected by a qualified electrician.
► Disconnect the electrical power supply.
Risk of injury due to unexpected start
If power is supplied to the robot during maintenance or disassembly, parts can start running unexpectedly
and cause injuries.
► Observe the documentation for the system components.
► Disconnect the electrical power supply.
Resetting an <Emergency Stop>
If an <Emergency Stop> has been triggered, the hazard source must first be eliminated. The emergency stop
button must then be immediately made ready for operation again.

CAUTION
Connect the cable on the main I/O PCB with the pins.

Close the door on the robot control system.

Twist the triggered emergency stop button to the right.

The red part of the emergency stop button will spring up
slightly. The operational readiness has now been
restored.
