Solution
Ensure the robot starts cleaning from
the docking station.
Ensure the robot completes the
cleaning cycle without interruptions.
Check the internet and app
connection
Check if the 360° LiDAR-sensor is
blocked or brocken.
Cancel scheduled cleaning sessions in
the app.
The robot will return to the docking
station when its battery reaches 80%,
if cleaning is incomplete.
The robot has the wrong time zone or
has lost the correct regional time.
Ensure the robot has internet access.

Solution
Frequent dust collection leads to
