Problem
Cause
Incorrect WiFi Name (SSID) or
Password.
The robot is not within the router's
network coverage.
The robot has no cellular signal.
Robot cannot

and the docking station are not fully
connected.
The docking station is not placed in

Solution
Reconfigure the network settings,
make sure the entered WiFi Name
(SSID) and Password are correct.
Move the robot and ensure it is within
the router's network coverage.
If activated: Check for good cellular
reception at the robot's location, or
move the device.
Alternatively, use a WiFi connection.
The robot must enter the network
configuration mode to connect to
the WiFi. Press HOME and POWER
simultaneously for 5 seconds
Make sure to donwload the correct
app! It's name is „FieldBots".
More information is provided in the
setup section of this manual.
Make sure that the robot is touching
the charging contacts of the docking
station and that the LED indicator is
flashing.
Check if the charging contacts of the
robot or the docking station are dirty.
Cleaning instructions can be found in
this manual.
If the floor is uneven, use the base
plate.
Check that the docking station
is positioned as described in the
hardware installation chapter.
A dirty lens can interfere with signal
reception. Clean all sensor surfaces.
You can find instructions in the
maintenance chapter.
After ensuring the robot and the
docking station are fully in contact
and the status indicator lights are in
a flashing state, check whether the
charging contacts are dirty.
Refer to the maintenance chapter for
cleaning instructions.
Ensure the charging station has
2ft/0.6m of clear space on the sides
and 5ft/1.5m in the front.
