Solution
Ensure the power cord is connected
(reference: charging station indicator
light).
If the battery has deep-discharged
due to prolonged inactivity and cannot
be charged, it must be replaced.
Please contact your local Cleanfix
dealer.
Move the robot closer to the charging
station to re-establish the connection.
The robot will try various methods to
free itself. If it fails, manually untangle
the robot.
Ensure the robot has a clear path and
remove potential obstacles.
Use the optional front bumper
extension (contact your Cleanfix
dealer or visit our website for more
information).
Periodically wipe the sensors with
a dry cloth. Check the maintenance
chapter for more information.
Check the front wheel regularly for
tangled hair, threads and other small
objects.
Follow the unit's voice and app
prompts.
Restart the robot by pressing the
POWER button for more that 5
seconds.
Contact you local Cleanfix dealer.
Regularly clean and maintain the side
brush, roller brush, dust box, and filter
materials.
Change to standard cleaning mode.
Please check if the dust box is full.
Check and clean the HEPA filter.
Check the roller brush for
obstructions.
Replace wearing parts according to
the instructions.
Turn and press the driving wheel to
check for foreign objects. If dirty or
blocked, clean it.
