GONFIAGGIO
Eseguire il gonfiaggio tramite il dispositivo integrato alla
macchina fino al raggiungimento della pressione desidera-
ta (fig.25).
MOLTO IMPORTANTE TUTTI I DISPOSITIVI DÌ GON-
FIAGGIO SONO DOTATI DÌ UNA VALVOLA LIMITA-
TRICE DÌ GONFIAGGIO TARATA A 3.5 BAR COME
VUOLE LA NORMATIVA DÌ LEGGE. PER GONFIAG-
GI PARTICOLARMENTE GRAVOSI DOVE E' MOLTO
DIFFICOLTOSO INTALLONARE IL PNEUMATICO E'
DISPONIBILE IL KIT IT.

Operazioni di intallonamento e gonfiaggio pneumatici tu-

Dopo aver montato il pneumatico sul cerchio procedere
come segue:
• inserire il tubo dell'aria nella valvola del pneumatico;
• una volta che ci si è posizionati con buon appoggio al
cerchio, consente di intallonare il pneumatico sul cerchio
stesso premendo contemporaneamente i due pulsanti di
azionamento e quindi scaricando l'aria della bombola con-
tro il pneumatico.
N.B.: qualora il pneumatico non si in talloni, ripetere scru-
polosamente le operazioni suddette.
Una volta intallonato il pneumatico, continuare l' o perazio-
ne di gonfiaggio, premendo il pedale di gonfiaggio C, fino a
raggiungere la pressione desiderata.

L' o perazione di gonfiaggio è potenzialmente pe-
ricolosa. L' o peratore deve adottare tutte le misure
necessarie per garantire LE CONDIZIONI DI
SICUREZZA
DISPOSITIVO DI SICUREZZA PER IL GONFIAGGIO
Al fine di proteggere l' o peratore dai potenziali pericoli deri-
vanti dal gonfiaggio del pneumatico sul piatto dell'autocen-
trante, la macchina é stata dotata di una valvola limitatrice
della pressione di esercizio tarata a 3,5 bar e da una valvola
di massima pressione tarata a 4 bar.

INFLATION
Carry out the inflation process by means of the machine-
integrated device until the desired pressure is reached
(fig.25).
VERY IMPORTANT: ALL INFLATION DEVICES ARE
FITTED WITH AN INFLATION LIMIT VALVE CALI-
BRATED AT 3.5 BAR AS PRESCRIBED BY THE LAW.
FOR PARTICULARLY HARD INFLATION PROCESSES
WHERE BEADING IN IS VERY DIFFICULT, WE DISPO-
SE OF A SPECIAL KIT IT.

Beading in and inflating tubeless tyres.
After mounting the tyre on the rim, proceed as follows:
• Connect the air hose to the tyre valve;
• once positioned with a good support on the rim, it al-
lows to bead the tyre on the rim by pressing simultaneously
the two control buttons, then by discharging the air of the
cylinder against the tyre.
N.B.: If the tyre does not bead in, carefully repeat all the
stages described above.
When the tyre is beaded in, continue inflation, pressing pe-
dal C in the intermediate position until the required pres-
sure is reached.
WARNING !
The inflation process is potentially dangerous.
The operator must adopt all the necessary measu-
res to guarantee SAFE CONDITIONS.
INFLATION SAFETY DEVICE
In order to protect operators from the potential hazards
resulting from the inflation of tyres on the chuck plate, the
machine is equipped with a operating pressure limiting val-
ve set at 3.5 bar and a maximum pressure valve set at 4 bar.
