MONTAGGIO PRIMO TALLONE
• Lubrificare abbondantemente i talloni del pneumatico
(fig.21) e appoggiarlo sul cerchio (fig.22).
• Premere il pedale (numero 1 di fig.1) e rilasciare, il palo
si avvicinerà al cerchio.
• Mettere sull'ala della torretta il primo tallone del pneuma-
tico far ruotare l'autocentrante premendo il pedale (nume-
ro 4 di fig.1) avendo cura di farlo entrare nella gola centrale
del cerchio al fine di eliminare snervamenti del tallone stes-
so. Per favorire questa operazione si consiglia di premere
con le mani sul pneumatico.

• Posizionare il cerchio con il foro per la valvola a circa 90
gradi dalla torretta operante posizionare il rullo (numero
11 di fig.1).

• Posizionare l'helper (numero 19 optional di fig.1) il più
possibile vicino al bordo del cerchio e in modo che man-
tenga il pneumatico nel canale.
• Far ruotare l'autocentrante premendo il pedale (numero 4
di fig.1) fino all'inserimento completo del secondo tallone.
Nel caso in cui non si disponesse del dispositivo helper (op-
tional) aiutarsi o con una mano o con una leva oppure con
una apposita pinza per mantenere nel canale il pneumatico
in fase di montaggio del secondo tallone.

MOUNTING THE FIRST BEAD
• Lubricate abundantly the tyre beads (fig.21) and lay it on
the rim (fig.22).
• Press the pedal (number 1 of fig.1) and release it, the co-
lumn will approach the rim.
• Put the first tyre bead on the head, let the chuck turn by
pressing the pedal (number 4 of fig.1) taking care not to let
it enter the center grove of the rim in order to prevent the
bead itself from getting stretched. To favour this process,
we suggest that you press the tyre with your hands.
MOUNTING THE SECOND BEAD

• Position the rim with the hole for the valve at approx. 90
degrees from the operating head. Position the roller (num-
ber 11 of fig.1).

• Position the helper (number 19 optional of fig.1) as close
as possible to the edge of the rim and in such a way that the
tyre remains in the groove.
• Let the chuck rotate by pressing the pedal (number 4 of
fig.1) until the second bead is fully inserted.
In case the helper device (optional) is not available, help
yourself with a hand or a lever or with special pliers to keep
the tyre in the groove while mounting the second bead.
