Winter/summer peak/valley tariffs
Used to schedule up to 4 time periods for each day of the week. You can set up separate
time schedules for peak winter, valley winter, peak summer and valley summer tariffs.
Note: The heat pump's basic schedule will be applied outside the specified time periods.
This makes it possible to establish three types of tariffs (peak / flat / valley) for the winter
and summer periods.
Winter / summer tariffs
Used to set different temperatures above the pump setpoint during peak and valley
  periods in winter/summer for each service.
