Nehmen Sie die fußseitige Hälfte des Liege-
flächenrahmens und heben ihn über die kopfsei-
tige Hälfte des Liegeflächenrahmens.
Stecken Sie die beiden Hälften des Liegeflä-
chenrahmens ineinander.
Drehen Sie die 4 Rändelschrauben fest.
Benutzen Sie zum Festschrauben keine Zange!

NSCHLIESSEN DER NTRIEBSMOTOREN
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker des Schaltnetz-
teils aus der Steckdose.
Verbinden Sie die Antriebseinheiten des
Kopf- und Fußteils mit dem Kabelbaum [17].
Stecken Sie den Stecker mit dem durchge-
henden Kabel in die Buchse des Antriebs-
motors [5], für das Kopfteil.
Sichern Sie das Kabel, indem Sie die Zugentla-
stung fest in die vorgesehene Öffnung rasten.
Stecken Sie den Stecker am Ende des
Kabelbaums, in die Buchse des Antriebs-
motors [3], des Fußteils.
Sichern Sie das Kabel, indem Sie die Zugentla-
stung fest in die vorgesehene Öffnung rasten.
Stecken Sie jetzt wieder den Netzstecker
des Schaltnetzteils in die Steckdose.
Beachten Sie unbedingt:
Beim Verlegen der Kabel im Untergestell ist
darauf zu achten, dass durch die Auf- und
Abwärtsbewegungen der Kabelbaum nicht
beschädigt wird.
Lösen Sie beide Rändelschrauben bei den
Führungsrollen. Schrauben Sie die beiden
Rändelschrauben nicht völlig heraus, sondern
lassen Sie die Rändelschrauben ca. 2 Umdre-
hungen im Gewinde stecken.
Schieben Sie die beiden Führungsrollen in
das Rohr, bis zum Anschlag. Belassen Sie die
Führungsrollen in dieser Position.
Klappen Sie jetzt den gesamten Liegeflä-
chenrahmen um, in die waagerechte Position.
Heben Sie den Liegeflächenrahmen leicht an
und ziehen nacheinander die Führungsrollen
aus dem Rohr, bis die Markierung auf der Achse
sichtbar wird. Fügen Sie die beiden Führungs-
rollen in die linke und rechte Führungs-
schiene [18] ein.

EBRAUCHSANWEISUNG
Lift the bottom half of the reclining surface
frame above the top half of the reclining surface
frame.
Insert the halfs of the reclining surface frame
into each other.
Tighten the 4 knurled screws securely.
Do not use pliers to tighten the screws!

ONNECTIONS OF MOTOR DRIVES
Now disconnect the main power plug.
Next connect the motor drivess of the head
and foot sections with the wiring harness [17].
Insert the plug with the continuous cable into
the connector for the motor drive [5] for the
head section.
Secure the cable by snapping it tightly into the
opening of the strain relief.
Plug the last cable at the end of the wiring
harness into the connector for the motor
drive [3] of the foot section.
Secure the cable by snapping it tightly into the
opening of the strain relief.
Now plug the power plug of the power
adapter into the wall socket.
Observe without fail:
When laying the cable in the base frame,
make sure that through the up and down
movement no shearing or squeezing
damages the cables.
Loosen both knurled screws of the guide
rollers. Do not unscrew the knurled screws
completly, but leave them in the threads for
about 2 revolutions.
Completely insert the two guide rollers into
the tube to the limit and leave them there.
Fold the complete reclining surface frame
into the horizontal position.
Take the weight of the reclining surface
frame and withdraw the guide rollers in turn until
the mark appears. Align the guide rollers into the
left and right guide bar [18].
