General information
Product overview
This instrument counts airborne particles with a laser diode light source and collection optics. Refer
to Figure 1. Room air is pulled through the particle counter by an attached, external vacuum
system.
Multiple instruments can be installed at different locations in a clean room to monitor the air
quality. Count data is sent to the user-supplied central monitoring software through the applicable
communication protocols. The central monitoring software is used to remotely operate the
instrument.
The sensor flow path is resistant to vaporous hydrogen peroxide (VHP) for VHP-based standard
clean room disinfection and cleaning cycles.
