12 Maintenance
Peristaltic pumps are low-maintenance pumps. The pump tube is subject to chemical and me-
chanical stress and wear.
If the pump does not reach the desired pump pressure even after replacing the tube, the rotor
has to be replaced.
CAUTION!
Device is under pressure
Before disconnecting the tube, first depressurise the device to prevent chemicals from

spraying!
Wear protective equipment!

Replacing the tube kit
Never grease the tube kit!
Greased tube kits will fall out of the guide!
Crushing hazard!
Before making the electrical connection of the device, disconnect the power supply
to the system and make sure it cannot be switched back on.
