Description
■ LED indicators
LED lights up green: Setpoint value reached
LED flashes green: Setpoint value undershot; the pump is running
LED flashes red: The setpoint value was not reached within 75 seconds. Dosing did not occur,
or too little was dosed.
■ Dosing time monitoring
The device features dosing time monitoring. If the setpoint value is not reached after 75 sec-
onds, the LED will flash red. The pump will continue to run.
The pump will switch off after 10 minutes of runtime without dosing. The LED will flash red.
■ Setting the setpoint value
1. Turn the potentiometer all the way to the right.
2. Fill the machine and bring it up to the operating temperature.
3. Add detergent to the wash tank to achieve the desired concentration. Mix the detergent
liquid thoroughly.
4. Start rinsing operation. The LED will light up green. That means: The setpoint value has
been reached.
5. Turn the potentiometer very slowly to the left until the green LED flashes. The value has
fallen below the setpoint value, setting the switching point for conductivity.
6. Turn the potentiometer very slightly to the right.
The setpoint value is set.
