The electric strike for double-acting and single-
action doors 351U80 is an electric locking
element with a fail-unlocked function used in
interlock systems or sound insulation doors, for
example. The electric strike will unlock even
under a high pre-load. It is suitable for use on
escape routes.
The electric strike has an armature contact and
a monitoring contact, which are designed as
potential-free changeover contacts. The
armature contact can be used to monitor the
locking status.
The locking element is installed in the door
frame and the corresponding strike plate in the
door leaf. They can be fitted both vertically or
horizontally.
