The "Volume not taken into account" mode (metric units) recommended for European us-
ers has already been preset and should not be changed.
Only a few settings need to be made for proper operation in this mode.
Setting the time
This causes regeneration to be carried out at the desired time (default setting: 2:00 a.m.).
Setting the days until a forced regeneration is carried out
We have preset the forced regeneration to 7 days for hygienic reasons. (can also be increased to 10
days)
Setting the softening capacity
The capacity must be calculated and entered depending on the system size (quantity of softener
resin) and water hardness.
Check all parameters
Check that all parameters correspond to the system size.

Length of the backwash of the softener
resin in minutes. The resin is cleaned by
backwashing.
Do not change this value.
Length of softener salting in minutes.
Salting with brine regenerates the resin
and restores its original softening capac-
ity. Do not change this value.
Length of the softener resin rinse in
minutes. Rinsing rinses out any remaining
brine and any dirt in the resin bed. Do
not change this value.
Length of the filling of the brine tank in
minutes. The brine tank is refilled with
water when it is topped up so that a new
brine can form until the next control pro-
cess.
Do not change this value.
Reset all settings to zero. The system is
already programmed to German values.
These are also overwritten when you re-
set. Do not activate this function.
