1. Important notes
Please read these operating instructions completely before installing and using the system. The
safety instructions must be followed and complied with.
We have already pre-programmed the water softener and preset a water hardness of 15 °dH to be
removed.
Please check your water hardness and correct the specified value if necessary. An incorrectly set
value can lead to malfunctions!
2. Safety instructions
The water softener must be installed in a frost-free location that is protected from moisture. It must
not be installed outdoors.
Assembly and installation may only be carried out by trained specialists. Work on the water installa-
tion may only be carried out by authorised installation companies. The local regulations must be
strictly observed. Always follow the instructions in the installation manual!
This water softener is only designed for use in drinking water applications. The limit values of the
Drinking Water Ordinance (TVO) must not be exceeded, especially for iron (Fe: 0.2 mg/L) and manga-
nese (Mn: 0.05 mg/L).
