Connect the connections on the control valve (1" external thread) to the connections on the mount-
ing block (1" external thread) using shielded flexible hoses. Use the 1" flat gaskets. It is essential to
pay attention to the inlet and outlet (arrows) of the connections on the installation and the mounting
block (risk of confusion!).
Open the red shut-off valves on the control valve (they must be parallel to each other).
Check that all connections are secure.
Do not put any salt in the enclosure yet!
Open the two outer valves on the mounting block, and only then close the central bypass valve. The
water now flows through the softener.
Check all connections for leaks.
