DEBINDING
Debinding a document which
has already been bound can be
accomplished through two
different methods: the Debind
Feature on the equipment or the
Debind Tool.
Using the Debinding
Feature:
I. To debind a document which
has been bound, press the
'DEBIND' button to set the
binding system in the debind
mode.
2. Place the document with the
front cover facing up and the
plastic strip against the
Backstop just as if you were
going to bind the document.
The left side of the document
should rest against the Bind
Edge Guide. Slide the
document over the Locating
Pin. The Locating Pin is on the
left hand side of the Strip
Recess area in front of the
Backstop. The Locating Pin fits
into the small hole in the plastic
strip. The document is
positioned correctly over the
Locating Pin when it is difficult
to slide the document to the
right while resting against the
Backstop.
3. Pull the Pressure Bar toward
you and lower it on top of the
document. The debind cycle
will begin. The "BIND/ DEBIND
COUNTER" will display and
count down the number of
seconds the machine takes
debind. The bar wilt raise once
it is complete.
4. Immediately after the Pressure
Bar raises, pick up the
document and while holding it
firmly, quickly pull the top strip
away from the document, If
you do not perform this step
quickly enough, it will be too
difficult to remove the strip. Put
the document through the
debind process again and
remove the strip faster this
time.

Vj sono due metodi per togliere Ie
strisce di rilegatura da un
documento rilegato in
precedenza: mediante la funzione
"Debind" incorporata nella
macchina oppure con "attrezzo
separatore.
Funzione "Debind"
Per separare un documento
giä rilegato, premere il
pulsanteilDEBiND"per
accedere alla funzione
separazione documento.
2. Appoggiare il documento con
Ia copertina anteriore rivolta
verso l'alto e 'a striscia
plastica appoggiata contro il
bloccafogfio, in modo analogo
al procedimento per rilegare i}
documento.. [I lato sinistro
documento deve essere
appoggiato al guidamargine di
rilegatura, Quindi far scivolare
. il documento sul grano di
riferimento sul lato sinistro
dell'alloggiamento portastriscia
sulla parte anteriore del
bloccafoglio. Questo granosi
inserisce nel piccolo foro deila
striscia di plastica eil
documento nella posizione
corretta quando risulta difficile
farlo scivolare verso destra
mentre appoggiato contro il
bloccafoglio.
3. Tirare verso sé la barra di
pressione ed abbassarla sul
documento per dare injzio al
ciclo di separazione. Sul
contatore "BIND/DEBINDU
vengono visualizzati e

conteggiati alla rovescia i •

completare roperazione. A

solleva.
Subito dopo il sollevamento
