1. Remove the back cover (K) from the foot end fastener (J) (Figure 5).
2. Mount the foot end fastener on the four floor plates and secure with 1/2''-13 hex head cap screws and lock washers.
3. Secure the back cover onto the foot end fastener.
4. Mount the head end fastener (L) on the three floor plates and secure with three 1/2''-13 hex head cap screws and lock
washers.
5. Make sure that you space the head end fastener and foot end fastener 948 mm apart (Figure 6).
