Inserting the cooking spit
1. Insert the cooking spit's right end into the
drive sleeve on the right-hand side of the
cooking compartment.
2. Place the small outer groove at the other
end of the cooking spit on the holder on
the left-hand side of the cooking compart-
ment. Ensure that the cooking spit's outer
groove is inserted into the slot provided in
the holder.
Removing the cooking spit
Please use the removal tool (6) to remove the
cooking spit later on.
Operating the oven
External cooling fan and
extraction hood

The external cooling fan cools down the
steam and vapour that exit the oven through
the extraction hood (7) and prevents adjacent
units from becoming too hot.

Refer to the table "Functions (heating meth-
ods)" to see what functions your appliance is
capable of.
You can select the function before and during
cooking:
