Changing the container

DANGER!
It is essential that the personal protective equipment (PPE) described on the
product data sheet (safety data sheet) for the metering medium is used.
DANGER!
If no conveyor lubricant is present, system operation is suspended. Once
the conveyor lubricant supply has been restored in the required minimum
quantity and the error message has been acknowledged by pressing the blue
illuminated button on the control, the system starts running again automatically.
If the supply container is empty, an empty message is triggered by the suction lance. This
message is shown on the display and a light illuminates on the control unit.

1.
Put on personal safety equipment.
2.
Get a new dosing container ready and open it to fit the suction lance.
3.
Quickly remove the suction lance from the empty container.
4.
Fit the suction lance into the new container quickly.
5.
Press the illuminated button on the control cabinet.
ð The message text on the control panel disappears.
ð The DryExx
present and a spraying phase is active.

CAUTION!
Risk of leaking chemicals
If the suction lance is laid down, the non-return valve becomes ineffective
and the metering medium leaks out of the suction lance.
– Always keep the suction lance upright.
– When changing the container, place the suction lance in a collecting
container.
