Bleeding lubrication circuits and checking the system for correct operation

General parameters are set.

Metering parameters are entered for all lubrication circuits.
WARNING!
When filling the system with the dosing medium, it is essential to ensure that
no conveyor lubricant is allowed to drip onto the floor.
1.
Switch the control unit to 'System Manual' operating mode.

In "Manual" mode, check the correct functioning of the digital inputs and outputs
according to the circuit diagram.

In "Manual" mode, activate the lubrication circuit to be bled until track lubricant
escapes from the corresponding nozzles.

Check all system components and screw unions for leaks.

After putting the control unit into operation, test the installation. Adjust the control air
setting to create an optimal spray pattern.

Follow-up tasks:
When commissioning is complete, set the control unit to automatic mode.

distribution line system is filled with lubricant.
