Intended use
This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or
operation of the product. Poor installation and/or improper operating or main-
tenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a possible failure.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for any injury or damage to the product
resulting from:
• Incorrect assembly or connection, including excess voltage
• Incorrect maintenance or use of spare parts other than original spare parts
provided by the manufacturer
• Alterations to the product without express permission from the manufacturer
• Use for purposes other than those described in this manual
Dometic reserves the right to change product appearance and product
specifications.

NOTE
As the parking cooler uses R134a as refrigerant with a GWP > 150, there may
be national restrictions for installation the parking cooler on certain vehicles
(i.e. the EU MAC directive 2006/40/EC). Check upfront the national require-
ments or contact your Dometic representative, if it is allowed to install the park-
ing cooler on your vehicle.
4.1

RTX1000, RTX2000

The installation kit enables the installation of a CoolAir RTX1000 or RTX2000
parking cooler in a roof ventilation opening (hatch) provided at the plant or
installed by the customer in an HGV driver cab.
4.2

SPX1200T

The installation kit enables the installation of a CoolAir SPX1200T roof evaporator
unit in a roof ventilation opening (hatch) provided at the plant or installed by the
customer in an HGV driver cab.
