Placing in operation:

4.1 Position the car near the pressing area.
4.2 Unroll the hydraulic cylinder hose line from the reel on the hydraulic unit.
4.3 Remove the hydraulic unit from the holder on the car.
4.4 Position the hydraulic unit near the pressing area.
The hydraulic unit must not be switched on while it is in a lying position. This is because there is
a risk that the pump will be unable to draw oil and will be damaged.
4.5 Connect the hydraulic hose line (5 m) to the hydraulic unit using the quick action coupling.
When connecting, it is important to ensure that no contamination enters the coupling.
Clean the coupling sleeve KM and coupling plug KS with compressed air or with a lint-free
cloth.
4.6. Connect the hydraulic cylinder control pipe to the hydraulic unit using the plug device. The plug
device should be secured to the switchbox housing using the security brace to prevent it from
being pulled out accidentally.
4.7. Unroll the mains cable from the hydraulic unit and connect it to the mains supply.
Warning: Check the mains voltage of the hydraulic unit (see type plate).
The green light (1) above the emergency stop switch comes on.
When the mains voltage to the hydraulic unit is interrupted, the light goes out.
4.8. Check that the emergency stop switch is pulled out (the bottom yellow part must be visible).
The electrohydraulic press tool is now ready for use.

To connect:
Hold the coupling sleeve KM against the
sliding bush SH and slide it onto the
coupling plug KS.
To disconnect:
Hold the coupling sleeve KM against the
sliding bush SH and pull it off the coupling
plug KS.
