Transport car

The transport car brace may be folded away so that it can be transported by passenger car. In
order to do this, remove both of the top bolts S on the brace.
For regular operation, extend the brace and tighten the four bolts with the appropriate tool.
A crane hook is fitted to brace B of the transport car for the purpose of crane transport
Caution! During transportation by crane, all press tool components must be secured
in the appropriate holders on the transport car in accordance with the
regulations. The lid of the case must be secured with locks, the assembly
accessories (30180) fastened to the brace and the four brace bolts tightened.
In order to prevent damage occurring during transportation in a lying position, the hydraulic unit
must be taken out of the transport car holder and placed adjacent to the transport car.
For the purposes of safety and protection against unnecessary contamination while stationary
and during operation, the system's individual devices should always be suspended in the
appropriate holders and the lid of the case must be closed.
When returning the deburring tool to its place in the case, it is important to ensure that no chips
are left in the case as these can become attached to the press rings. The deburring tool should
therefore always be cleaned with compressed air after use.
