Only push the A/C service unit on rollers to transport it. • Always position the A/C service unit on level ground and secure the front wheels. • Only use approved refrigerant vessels with safety valves to refill the A/C service unit. • Always use the main switch of the A/C service unit to switch it on and off. Do not leave the device un attended when it is switched on. • Risk of injury from leaking fluids: Leaking fluids on the floor can cause persons to slip and injure themselves. Wipe up leaked or dripped fluids immediately or absorb them with a suitable binding agent. Dispose of them in an environmentally sound manner. NOTICE! Seite 6 EN 6.3 Safety measures by the operator The operator must provide operating instructions according to respective national regulations for each A/C service unit. These operating instructions must be used to train personnel in handling the A/C service unit. The operator must ensure that personnel are instructed in the following points at least once a year: • Special dangers when dealing with compressed gases • Safety guidelines when dealing with compressed gases • Health precautions when dealing with compressed gases • Operating the A/C service unit and performing service work on the A/C service unit The operator must ensure that personnel appointed to perform service and repair work as well as leak inspections are certified to deal with refrigerant and filling systems. Certification and knowledge of the applicable guidelines and standards can be acquired from a training course at a chamber of trade, chamber of industry and commerce or at any other recognized training facility. The system operator must ensure that all service hoses are laid in such a way that they cannot be damaged when the A/C service unit is used. 7 Scope of Delivery The A/C service unit was tested for leaks before shipping. After delivery, check that all the parts listed below are present and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, notify the company responsible for transport immediately. Description Ref. no. This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Only connect the A/C service unit to an AC socket with 230 V / 240 V, 50 Hz / 60 Hz (see Technical Data on page 40). Protect the A/C service unit against rain. Wear gloves when handling refrigerants. Wear goggles when handling refrigerants. 10.2 Safety devices • Pressure monitor: Switches the compressor off if normal operating pressure is exceeded. • Pressure relief valves: Additional safety mechanism to protect lines or vessels from bursting if the pressure continues to rise despite the safety pressure monitor. • Fan monitor: Checks the fans work properly at startup. 10.3 Standby menu The standby menu shows the following information: •...

Ignore any error codes which occur during commissioning (Troubleshooting on page 37) and skip by pressing ENTER 1. Wheel the A/C service unit to the workplace and lock the front wheels. 2. Seite 31 EN 14.4 Calibrating the oil scales Note In order for the oil quantities and the UV additive to be measured correctly, the zero point of the scales must be checked regularly and reset if necessary. Resetting is necessary: • If the quantity in a container deviates by more than 10 mL from the target value • If the A/C service unit has been shaken, for example during transport on bumpy roads • Every four to six weeks 1. Reset the R1234yf from system counter (Resetting the counters on page 29). 21. Perform a leak test (Leak test on page 29). 14.6 Entering the filter code To reset the filter counter, you need to enter a 12digit code. This special code is located on the new filter. A Code entry prompt appears in the menu. If a code is not entered, the A/C service unit is taken out of operation. Each code only works once. 14.7 Calibrating the pressure transducer The pressure transducer has to be correctly calibrated in order to make accurate pressure measurements. Cali bration is required: • Every four weeks • If the A/C service unit has been subjected to heavy shaking • Every time the vacuum pump oil is changed • If the display shows implausible pressure readings 1. Screw the service couplings and handtight onto the service hoses (7) and (8), taking care not to mix up the red and blue markings on the couplings and hoses. 11. Use the keypad to enter the current local atmospheric pressure and press ENTER to confirm. Note You can look up the current atmospheric pressure for your region on the Internet, for example at www.weatherpro.com under air pressure 12. When calibration has been completed, press ENTER to exit the menu. 13. Press STOP twice to access the standby menu. 14. To evacuate the service hoses, perform a short vacuum phase (see Free Selection on page 25). 14.8 Changing the vacuum pump oil WARNING! Electrocution hazard Touching uninsulated parts may result in serious injury. Switch off the A/C service unit and unplug it from the power supply before opening the housing. the A/C service unit may only be repaired by personnel au thorized by Dometic. 1. Before changing the oil, let the vacuum pump run for about 10 min (manually, via the menu). 2. Take off the front panel: Undo the screws (D) on the control panel and lift it up. Then undo the screws (E) on the bottom of the front panel and take it off. 3. Place a receptacle with a capacity of at least ½ liter under the A/C service unit. The oil from the vacuum pump flows through the opening (I) in the base of the A/C service unit. 4. Unscrew the oil filling plug (G).
Seite 35 EN 5. To drain the oil, unscrew the oil drain plug (J). 6. Once the oil has been completely drained from the pump housing, screw the oil drain plug (J) back in. 7. Top up with new vacuum pump oil to the middle of the sight glass (H) and screw the oil filling plug (G) back in. 8. Put the front panel and control panel back. 9. Reconnect the power supply plug. 10. Reset the Vacuum time counter (Resetting the counters on page 29). 14.9 Replacing the printer paper 1. To replace the printer paper roll open the cover (K). 2. Insert the new paper roll and close the cover (K). 14.10 Meter readings The A/C service unit saves various meter readings. Pour éteindre le poste d’entretien pour climatisations en cas d’urgence ou de dysfonctionnement, placez l’in terrupteur principal en position d’arrêt. 13.2 Sélection courte Le menu Sélection courte permet de lancer un entretien entièrement automatique du système de climatisa tion. Un test de fuite doit être effectué avant toute intervention sur le système de climatisation du véhicule. Le sys tème de climatisation du véhicule est rempli d’un échantillon de fluide frigorigène. Pendant une durée de 5 min, la pression doit rester constante dans le système de climatisation du véhicule. Un remplissage complet du système de climatisation du véhicule est uniquement possible lorsque le test a été réussi. L’échantillon de remplissage est ensuite extrait et le système de climatisation du véhicule est vidangé. La quantité de remplissage finale est ajoutée pour garantir une précision de remplissage élevée. Il suffit de saisir la quantité de remplissage indiquée sur l’étiquette du véhicule. Dans le menu Sélection courte , les étapes suivantes sont exécutées automatiquement les unes après les autres : • Extraction du fluide frigorigène • recyclage du réfrigérant (pureté conforme à la norme SAE J 2099) • Contrôle de l’augmentation de pression • Vidange de l’huile usagée • Purge du système • Test d’étanchéité/contrôle du vide • Rajout d’huile neuve en quantité nécessaire • Remplissage du traceur UV • Remplissage du fluide frigorigène Un rapport de service est imprimé à la fin de chaque processus. Après avoir transféré les données annuelles sur une clé USB, elles sont supprimées de la mémoire interne du poste d’entretien pour climatisations.

Pour arrêter le test du système de climatisation, appuyez sur la touche STOP 13.8 Sélection libre Le menu Sélection libre permet d’effectuer l’entretien du système de climatisation étape par étape. Il est possible d’effectuer les mêmes processus qu’avec le menu Sélection courte en omettant certaines étapes. Il est également possible de saisir individuellement, à l’aide du pavé numérique, les valeurs correspondantes pour chaque processus. Ce menu permet également de saisir les données du véhicule pour le rapport de service. Les quatre processus suivants peuvent être effectués individuellement dans le menu Sélection libre : • Phase de recyclage : extraction, recyclage du fluide frigorigène, contrôle de l’augmentation de pression, vi dange de l’huile usagée. • Phase de vide : évacuation du système, vérification de l’étanchéité/contrôle du vide. • Phase de remplissage : Avant chaque travail sur une climatisation du véhicule, une vérification de l’étanchéi té doit être effectuée. Le système de climatisation est rempli d’un échantillon de fluide frigorigène. Pendant une durée de 5 min, la pression du système de climatisation doit rester constante. Un remplissage complet du système de climatisation est uniquement possible lorsque le test a été réussi. L’échantillon de remplis sage est ensuite extrait et le système de climatisation vidangé. La quantité de remplissage finale est complè tement remplie, afin de garantir une précision élevée des quantités de remplissage. Rajout d’huile neuve, de traceur UV et de fluide frigorigène. • Sélection des raccords : le système de climatisation dispose de raccords haute pression et basse pression, ou encore uniquement de raccords haute pression, ou uniquement basse pression. Un rapport de service est imprimé à la fin de chaque processus. 1. Commencez par connecter les raccords correspondants du poste d’entretien pour climatisations au système de climatisation du véhicule et ouvrezles.

Seite 118 DE 13.2 Schnellstart Mit dem Menü Schnellstart wird ein vollautomatischer Klimaservice durchgeführt. Enthalten ist eine Dichtheitsprüfung, die vor Arbeiten an der Fahrzeugklimaanlage durchgeführt werden muss. Die Fahrzeugkli maanlage wird mit einem Probekältemittel gefüllt. Über einen Zeitraum von 5 min muss der Druck in der Klimaan lage konstant bleiben. Eine vollständige Befüllung der Klimaanlage ist nur möglich, wenn dieser Test erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde. Anschließend wird die Probefüllung abgesaugt und die Klimaanlage evakuiert. Die endgültige Füllmenge wird vollständig eingefüllt, um eine hohe Füllgenauigkeit zu gewährleisten. Sie müssen nur die Füll menge eingeben, die auf dem Etikett im Fahrzeug angegeben ist. Im Menü Schnellstart werden automatisch hintereinander folgende Aktionen ausgeführt: • Absaugen des Kältemittels • Recycling des Kältemittels (Reinheit entspricht SAE J 2099) • Prüfung des Druckanstiegs • Ablassen des Altöls • Evakuieren der Anlage • Dichtheitsprüfung/Vakuumkontrolle • Auffüllen von Frischöl in der benötigten Menge • Einfüllen von UVAdditiv • Einfüllen von Kältemittel Im Anschluss an jeden durchgeführten Prozess wird ein Servicereport gedruckt. Nur wenn ein Prozess erfolgreich abgeschlossen wurde, wird der darauf folgende Prozess begonnen. 1. Aus diesen Daten kann ein Report erstellt und auf einen USBStick übertragen werden. Hinweis Der USBStick muss mit dem Dateisystem FAT32 formatiert sein. Jeder Report wird in zwei Formaten gespeichert: • als HTMLDatei (zum Öffnen mit einem beliebigen InternetBrowser) • als XLSDatei (zum Öffnen mit Microsoft Excel) Der Report kann ein eigenes Logo (z. B. das WerkstattLogo) enthalten, wenn eine Grafik auf den USBStick kopiert wird, die folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllt: • Dateiformat: JPEGFormat • Dateiname: logo.jpg (jeder Buchstabe in Kleinbuchstaben) • Bildschirmgröße: 370 x 50 Pixel Die Firmenanschrift im Report wird aus dem Klimaservicegerät übernommen (Firmendaten eingeben auf Seite 113). 13.5.1 Jahresreports Nach dem Kalenderjahreswechsel zeigt das Klimaservicegerät an, dass die im vorherigen Kalenderjahr gespeicherten Daten auf einen USBStick übertragen werden sollen. Nach der Übertragung der Jahresdaten auf einen USBStick werden diese aus dem internen Speicher des Klimaservicegeräts gelöscht. 1. Den USBStick in den USBAnschluss stecken. 2. Seite 124 DE 13.7 Klimaanlage ohne Kältemittelservice testen Hinweis Der Klimaanlagentest kann nur bei Fahrzeugen durchgeführt werden, die mit einem Nieder druck und einem Hochdruckanschluss, bzw. nur mit einem Niederdruckanschluss ausgestattet sind. Wird an einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage ausschließlich ein Funktionstest durchgeführt (ohne Kältemittel abzusaugen und zu recyceln), würde nach Abschluss dieses Tests das in den Serviceschläuchen des Klimagerätes vorhan dene Kältemittel dem Fahrzeugklimaanlagensystem fehlen. Der Menüpunkt Klimaanlagentest wurde einge führt, um diese Verlustmenge auszugleichen. Bei den bisherigen Standardfunktionsprozessen Schnellstart und Einzelne Prozesse ist bereits eine Füllmengenkompensation für die Serviceschläuche vorhanden, so dass hier der abschließende Klimaanlagen funktionstest in gewohnter Weise durchgeführt werden kann (Serviceschläuche werden vom Klimaservicegerät entleert). 1. Die entsprechenden Anschlüsse des Klimaservicegeräts zunächst mit der Fahrzeugklimaanlage verbinden und öffnen. 2. Fahrzeugmotor starten und Klimaanlage einschalten. 3. Seite 125 DE 9. Um den Klimaanlagentest zu beenden, Taste STOP drücken. 13.8 Einzelne Prozesse Mit dem Menü Einzelne Prozesse wird der Klimaservice Schritt für Schritt durchgeführt. Es können diesel ben Prozesse wie beim Schnellstart durchgeführt werden, einzelne Prozesse können jedoch ausgelassen wer den. Außerdem können zu jedem Prozess die jeweiligen Werte individuell über die Tastatur eingegeben werden. Weiterhin können in diesem Menü Fahrzeugdaten für das Serviceprotokoll eingegeben werden. Im Menü Einzelne Prozesse können die folgenden vier Prozesse einzeln ausgeführt werden: • Klimaanlage entleeren: Absaugen, Recycling des Kältemittels, Prüfung des Druckanstiegs, Ablassen des Alt öls. • Vakuum erzeugen: Evakuieren der Anlage, Dichtheitsprüfung/Vakuumkontrolle. • Klimaanlage befüllen: Vor jeder Arbeit an einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage muss eine Dichtheitsprüfung durchge führt werden. Hierzu wird die Klimaanlage mit einer Probefüllung Kältemittel befüllt. Über einen Zeitraum von 5 min muss der Druck in der Klimaanlage konstant bleiben. Eine vollständige Befüllung der Klimaanlage ist nur möglich, wenn dieser Test erfolgreich durchgeführt wurde. Anschließend wird die Probefüllung abgesaugt und die Klimaanlage evakuiert. Die endgültige Füllmenge wird vollständig gefüllt, um eine hohe Füllmengen genauigkeit zu gewährleisten. Das Spülen ist vor allem geeignet, um altes Kompressoröl zu ersetzen oder um metallische Rückstände weit gehend aus der Anlage zu entfernen. Vor dem Spülen muss zunächst das Kältemittel aus der Fahrzeugk limaanlage abgesaugt werden. Anschließend müssen die Komponenten, die nicht gespült werden können (zum Beispiel Kompressor oder Filter), vom Kühlkreislauf getrennt werden. Danach werden die zu spülen den Komponenten über spezielle Adapter mit den Servicekupplungen des Klimaservicegeräts zu einem Spülkreislauf verbunden.

В него входит проверка герметичности, которую необходимо провести перед началом работы с автомобильным кондиционером. Для этого автомобильный кондиционер заряжают пробой хладагента. В течение 5 мин давление в контуре промывки должно оставаться постоянным. Полная заправка автомобильного кондиционера возможна только в том случае, если была успешно выполнена проверка. Затем проба хладагента отсасывается, и автомобильный кондиционер вакуумируется. Окончательная заправка заливается полностью, чтобы обеспечить высокую точность заполнения. Необходимо лишь ввести заливаемое количество согласно наклейке в автомобиле. Если на автомобильном кондиционере проводится только проверка без отсоса и рисайклинга хладагента, то после окончания этой проверки находящегося в сервисных шлангах кондиционера хладагента недоставало бы в системе кондиционирования воздуха автомобиля. Могут быть выполнены те же процессы, что и при «Schnellstart», но отдельные процессы можно пропустить. Кроме того, для каждого процесса можно ввести с клавиатуры индивидуальные значения. В этом меню можно также ввести данные автомобиля для протокола обслуживания. Перед открытием корпуса выключите станцию по обслуживанию кондиционеров и вытащите сетевую вилку из розетки. Станцию по обслуживанию кондиционеров разрешается ремонтировать только персоналу, уполномоченному компанией Domestic. 1. Перед заменой масла оставьте вакуумный насос работать приблизительно на 10 мин (вручную посред ством выбора меню). 2. Ignore los códigos de error que aparezcan con la primera puesta en funcionamiento (Solución de problemas en la página 238), y omítalos pulsan INTRO do 1. Para apagar la unidad de servicio de aire acondicionado en caso de emergencia o mal funcionamiento, apa gue el interruptor principal. 13.2 Selección automática Con el menú Selección automática se lleva a cabo un mantenimiento plenamente automático del equipo de aire acondicionado. Se incluye una prueba de fugas que debe realizarse antes de trabajar en el equipo de aire acondicionado del vehículo. El equipo de aire acondicionado del vehículo se llena con una muestra de refriger ante. La presión en el equipo de aire acondicionado del vehículo debe permanecer constante durante 5 min. El equipo de aire acondicionado del vehículo únicamente se podrá llenar por completo si esta prueba se ha realiza do con éxito. Seguidamente se vacía la muestra de llenado y se evacúa el sistema de aire acondicionado del ve hículo. Se llena por completo la cantidad final de llenado para garantizar una alta precisión de llenado. Solo tiene que introducir la cantidad de llenado como se muestra en la etiqueta del vehículo. En el menú Selección automática se ejecutan sucesivamente de forma automática los siguientes pasos: • Recuperación del refrigerante • Reciclaje del refrigerante (grado de pureza según SAE J 2099) • Prueba de aumento de presión • Vaciado del aceite usado • Evacuación del sistema • Prueba de fugas/comprobación de vacío • Rellenar la cantidad necesaria de aceite nuevo • Rellenar aditivo UV • Rellenar refrigerante Al final de cada proceso se imprime un informe de servicio. Los pasos subsiguientes no se inician hasta que no haya finalizado correctamente el anterior.

Cuando esta función está activa, el sistema demanda el código de usuario cuando se en ciende y la unidad de servicio de aire acondicionado no se puede iniciar sin dicho código. Cada código tiene un solo uso. 14.7 Calibración del transductor de presión Para poder realizar mediciones precisas es necesario que el transductor de presión esté bien calibrado. Se ha de realizar una calibración: • Cada cuatro semanas • Si la unidad de servicio de aire acondicionado ha sufrido fuertes sacudidas • Tras cada cambio del aceite de la bomba de vacío • Si en la pantalla aparecen valores poco probables 1. Enrosque los acoplamientos de servicio a las mangueras de servicio (7) y (8) y apriételos a mano con cuidado de no confundir las marcas roja y azul de los acoplamientos y mangueras. 11. Para vaciar las mangueras de servicio, ejecute una breve fase de vacío (ver Selección libre en la pági na 225). 14.8 Cambiar el aceite de la bomba de vacío ¡ADVERTENCIA! Riesgo de electrocución El contacto con piezas no aisladas puede provocar lesiones graves. Apague la unidad de servicio de aire acondicionado y desenchúfela de la red eléctrica antes de abrir la carcasa. La unidad de servicio de aire acondicionado solo puede ser reparada por personal autorizado por Dometic. 1. Antes de cambiar el aceite, deje que la bomba de vacío funcione durante aproximadamente 10 min (manual mente, a través del menú). 2. Desmonte la cubierta frontal: Desenrosque los tornillos (D) del panel de mando y abata este hacia arriba. Desenrosque entonces los tornillos (E) inferiores de la cubierta frontal y retírela. 3. Coloque un recipiente con una capacidad de al menos medio litro debajo de la estación de mantenimiento de aire acondicionado. El aceite de la bomba de vacío fluye a través de la abertura (I) prevista en la base de la unidad de servicio de aire acondicionado.
Seite 236 ES 4. Desenrosque el tornillo de llenado de aceite (G). 5. Para dejar salir el aceite, desenrosque el tornillo de vaciado de aceite (J). 6. Una vez que el aceite ha salido totalmente de la carcasa de la bomba, vuelva a enroscar el tornillo de vaciado de aceite (J). 7. Rellene con aceite nuevo para bombas de vacío hasta la mitad de la mirilla (H) y vuelva a enroscar el tornillo de llenado de aceite (G). 8. Vuelva a colocar el panel frontal y el panel de control. 9. Vuelva a conectar el enchufe de la fuente de alimentación. 10. Ponga a cero el contador de Tiempo de aspirado (Puesta a cero de los contadores en la página 229). 14.9 Cambiar el papel de la impresora 1. Para volver a colocar el rollo de papel de la impresora, abra la cubierta (K). 2.
