Analogue output signals (signals to robot)
General
NOTE!
If the connection between the power source and the ROB TSt interface goes
down, all digital and analogue output signals on the robot interface will be set
to "0".
The analogue outputs on the robot interface are used for setting up the robot
and for displaying and documenting process parameters.
Actual welding
Pin X5/4
voltage value
Pin X5/11
The actual welding voltage value is indicated by a voltage of 0 - 10 V on the ana-
logue output.

Actual welding
Pin X2/3
current value
Pin X2/10
The actual welding current value is indicated by a voltage of 0 - 10 V on the ana-
logue output.

Analogue out + 0 to +10 V
1 V on the analogue output corresponds to a welding voltage of 10 V
This corresponds to an actual welding voltage range of 0 - 100 V
Analogue out + 0 to +10 V
1 V on the analogue output corresponds to a welding current of 100 A
This corresponds to an actual welding current range of 0 - 1000 A
