Secure the sieve drum in the transport position
with the safety splint, by doing the splint put into
the bore of angle sheet and drum frame.

Now you can transport the device easily and store
it without much space requirement. Make sure the
storage area is dry.
15. Maintenance
Attention!
Disconnect the mains plug before carrying out any
maintenance work.
Conduct maintenance and cleaning works only with
the unit shut off and the power supply plug pulled.
Adjusting the brush bar
If required, adjust the brush bar on the roller sieve. To
do this, loosen the three screws and push the brush
bar into the required position. Then hand-tighten the
three screws again.
Belt tension drive belt (Fig. 8)
After a period of use, the drive belt can extend or suf-
fer from wear and tear. This will prevent reliable power
transmission from the motor to the sieve drum. You
have to re-tighten the drive belt or replace it.
1.
Unscrew the motor belt cover (Fig. 1-7).
2.
Adjust the flat belt tension by loosening the three
motor screws (A) and push the motor upwards.
3.
If you cannot tighten the drive belt, or/and it is po-
rous, it is worn and you have to replace it.
4.
Hold the motor with one hand and hand-tighten
the motor screws (A) with the other hand.
5.
Tighten the motor belt cover again.

After a period of use, the drum belt (Fig. 1-11) can
extend or suffer from wear and tear. This will prevent
reliable power transmission from the drive wheel to
the sieve drum. You have to re-tighten the drive belt
or replace it.
1.
Unscrew the drum belt cover (Fig. 1-12).
2.
Loosen the bearing screws (A) and adjust the
bearing accordingly.
3.
If the belt cannot be tightened, and/or it is porous,
it is worn and you have to replace it.
4.
Hand-tighten the bearing screws again afterwards
and re-attach the drum belt cover to the casing.
WARNING!
Do not store the device without protection outside
or in a damp environment.

ment may only be carried out by electricians.

• Type of current for the motor
• Machine data - type plate
• Engine data - type plate
