Make sure the coil cable is fully
inserted into the socket on the
processing unit.

Make sure you are using the
correct coil magnet for your
implant. If unsure, contact your
clinician.

Make sure the coil is oriented
properly on your head.

up the volume.

turn up the volume or sensitivity.
