Resolution
1� Make sure the coil cable is fully
inserted into the socket on the
processing unit.
2� Make sure you are using the
correct coil magnet for your
implant. If unsure, contact your
clinician.
3� Make sure the coil is oriented
properly on your head.

4� If you use the Remote Control, turn
up the volume.
5� If you use the Nucleus Smart App,
turn up the volume or sensitivity.
6� Try a different program.
7� Change the batteries.
8� If the problem continues, contact
your clinician.
