NOTICE!
As for the electrostatic unloading the thin coating of the thermal printhead or other electronic parts can be damaged,
the label material should be antistatic. The use of wrong materials can lead to printer malfunctions and the guarantee
can expire.

•
Open the print module cover.
•
Open the printhead (I) by turning the red pressure lever (J)
anticlockwise.
•
Lead the label material (minimum height = 15 mm) below the
label guiding (A) and printhead (I) and take care that the
labels run through the photocell (C).
•
In order to move the printhead (I) down, turn the red pressure
lever (J) in clockwise direction until it locks.
•
Adjust the adjusting rings (B) of the label guiding to the width
of material.
•
Lift the dispensing whip (E) to the bottom by turning the stop
lever (G) in clockwise direction to the top.
•
Strip some labels from the backing paper and lead the
backing material over the dispensing whip (H) and between
the plastic roll (F) and the dispensing whip-shaft (D).
•
Press again the dispensing whip (D) to the top and lock it.
•
Lead the supporting paper to the back and fix it at a rewinding
unit.
•
Enter the offset value in the Dispenser I/O menu.
•
Close the print module cover.

Open the printhead (D) by turning the red pressure lever
(E) anticlockwise.
•
Lead the label material below the label guiding (A) and
take care that the label runs through the photocell (C).
•
In order to move the printhead (D) down, turn the red
pressure lever (E) in clockwise direction until it locks.
•
Adjust the adjusting rings (B) of the label guiding to the
width of material.
•
Close the print module cover.
