Analyse combustion gases and check that the emission values are
correct at least once a year, in compliance with current law.
periodically replace the diesel fuel filter when it is dirty. Check that
all components of the combustion head are in good condition, have
not been deformed by high temperatures and contain no impurities or
deposits from the installation environment or from poor combustion;
check the efficiency of electrodes. If it is necessary to clean the
outside of the combustion head, take out its components according
to the procedure described:
•
Disconnect the photocell and the air pressure switch pipe from
the upper lid of the burner.
•
Disconnect diesel fuel pipe 1 from its connector (be careful of
drips).
•
Loosen the screws 2 (no. 5) and remove the lid 3 (figure 1).
•
After having loosened the nut 4 remove the blocking screw 5 of
the mixer unit (figure 1).
•
Remove the screw 6 and its washer placed on the outside of
the burner scroll (Fig. 2)
•
Slightly lift the mixing unit 7 (Fig. 3), and then completely pull out
the unit in the direction indicated by the arrow, after removing
the ignition cables 9 from the respective electrodes
•
After completing the maintenance operations proceed with the
assembly of the mixing unit by carrying out the above operations
in reverse order, after checking that the ignition electrodes and
the deflector disk are correctly positioned (0002937420).
