Store the device in a dry place.

Use shielded cables for the connections, e.g. JY(ST)-Y
4x2x0.6 mm.

The cable is permanently connected (cable length
approx. 4.8 m) and the connections are stripped and
tin-plated. The electronics of the reader are
encapsulated.

Flat walls or pillars are suitable. The reader should
ideally be positioned at a height of approximately 1.1 m.

1. Prepare the wall for installation if necessary (e.g.
laying cables, drilling and/or dowelling).
2. Remove the cover from the reader.

3. Screw the mounting plate to the wall with counter-
sunk screws with the TOP mark facing upwards.
