für höhere Gasströme
geeignet.
Das Wechselventil Typ
WK/ECO kann individu-
ell aus dem VARIVENT-
Ventil-Programm konfigu-
riert werden.

meter die Entgasung.
Der Weg zum Reinigungs-

benventil geschlossen.
Die Umschaltung der
Wege erfolgt pneuma-
tisch. Dann ist der Weg
zum Reinigungsgerät
geöffnet und der Be- und
Entgasungsweg geschlos-
sen. Das Umschaltmodul
ist für höhere Gasströme
geeignet.
Das Regelventil kann
individuell aus dem
VARIVENT-Ventil-Pro-
gramm konfiguriert wer-
den.

gassing and degassing
open.
The path to the cleaning
unit is closed.
Pneumatic path switching
is provided. The path to
the cleaning device is then
opened and the gassing/
degassing path closed.
The switch module is
designed for higher gas
rates.
The shuttle valve type
WK/ECO may be selected
individually from the
VARIVENT Valve Pro-
gramme.
