Das Tanksicherungssystem VARITOP
de Funktionen:
Tank befüllen
Durch Eintreten der Flüssigkeit in den Tank wird das
sich darin befindende Gas über das Umschaltmodul
abgeführt (Bypass offen).
Das Sicherheitsventil dient hierbei zur Absicherung des
Tanks gegen Überdruck.
Tank entleeren
Beim Entleeren des Tanks wird Gas über das Umschalt-
modul (Bypass offen) nachgeführt.
Das Vakuumventil dient hierbei zur Absicherung des
Tanks gegen Unterdruck.
Tank im Ruhezustand
Der Tank kann über das Umschaltmodul be- und ent-
gast werden.
Tank reinigen
Während der Reinigung des Tanks wird der Bypass
durch das Umschaltmodul verschlossen, der Weg zum
Reinigungsgerät ist frei.
Die Reinigungszeit des Tanks liegt in der Verantwor-
tung des Betreibers. Hierfür geben wir keine Empfeh-
lung.
Reinigung des VARITOP
Das Tanksicherungssystem VARITOP
der Tankreinigung über den CIP-Anschluss DN 65 ger-
einigt. Hierfür wird etwa eine Zeit von 10 min. benötigt.
Das Vakuumventil muss in dieser Zeit mindestens ein-
mal für eine Minute angeliftet werden. Das CIP/Gas
Management Typ 21/22, 31/32 und 41/42 muss jede
Rohrleitung mindestens 3 min. durchspülen. Das
CIP/Gas Management Typ 11/12 ist selbstumschaltend
und selbstreinigend.
CIP/Gas-Management
Zur Auswahl stehen 4 verschiedene Systeme:
– 1 Umschaltmodul ohne Hilfsenergie (Umschaltventil)
– 3 Umschaltmodule mit Hilfsenergie (Scheibenventil,
Wechselventil, Regelventil/Scheibenventil)

Tank filling
With the entry of liquids, the gas inside the tank is
evacuated via the switch module (by-pass open).
The safety valve serves to protect the tank against over-
pressure.
Tank emptying
During emptying the tank, gas is supplied to the tank
via the switch module (by-pass open).
The vacuum valve serves to protect the tank against
vacuum pressure.
Tank in idle position
The tank may be gassed and degassed via the switch
module.
Tank cleaning
During tank cleaning, the by-pass is closed by the
switch module; the path to the cleaning unit is switched
open.
The tank cleaning time is within the responsibility of the
user. No recommendation is given from our side.

Cleaning of the VARITOP
®
wird während
The Tank Safety System VARITOP
tank cleaning via the CIP connection DN 65. Cleaning
takes approximately 10 minutes. During this period the
vacuum valve must be lifted at least once for 1 minute.
The CIP/Gas Management system, type 21/22, 31/32
and 41/42 should rinse each pipe for at least 3 minutes.
The CIP/Gas Management system, type 11/12 is self-
switching and self-cleaning.
