Use the multi-tool and other tools only for the
applications indicated.
Do not start the motor of the multi-tool until
after the complete assembly has been carried
out.
Operation of the tool is only permitted when all
accessories are attached!
Before starting, make sure that the fastener is
not in contact with hard objects, such as
branches, stones, etc., as it will rotate when
starting.
If there is a problem with the engine, turn it off
immediately.
If the cutting tool strikes stones or other hard
objects, immediately stop the engine and
examine the fastener.
Only use the multi-tool after having correctly
attached and adjusted the harness. It is very
important to adjust the harness according to
your size, in order to avoid any additional
fatigue during use.
Never hold the tool with one hand during use.
During use, always hold the multi-tool with both
hands.
Always make sure you have good stability.
Operate the multi-tool in such a way as to
avoid inhaling exhaust fumes. Never run the
engine in a confined room (risk of gas
poisoning). Carbon monoxide is an odorless
gas.
Switch off the engine before taking a break or
leaving the multi-tool unattended. Also place it
in a safe place to prevent other people from
getting hurt or damaging the device.
Never lay the multi-tool in dry grass or on
combustible materials when it is hot.
You must use all protective guards and fittings
supplied with the appliance while it is in
operation.
Never run the engine if the muffler is faulty.
Switch off the engine during transport.
When transporting over long distances,
always use the cutting device protection
provided.
Be sure to place the multi-tool securely during
transport by car to avoid fuel leakage.
When transporting the multi-tool, make sure
the fuel tank is completely empty.
When unloading the multi-tool
from a vehicle, be careful not to drop the
engine as this could seriously damage the fuel
tank.
Except in an emergency, never drop the multi-
tool or throw it on the ground, as this could
cause serious damage.
Be sure to lift all equipment off the floor when
moving it. It is very dangerous to drag the fuel
tank: this risks creating fuel leaks or even a
fire.
Refueling
Mix the gasoline with the oil before
put it in the tank. Perform this operation
outdoors, away from sources of non-electric
light, without smoking, away from sparks or
flames, and with the engine off.
- Do not fill the tank when the machine is hot.
When refueling, turn off the engine, keep it
away from open flames and do not smoke.
Avoid skin contact with gasoline. Do not inhale
fuel vapors. Always wear protective gloves
when refueling. Change and clean protective
clothing regularly.
Take care not to spill fuel or oil, in order to
avoid contamination of the ground
(environmental protection). If you have spilled
fuel, clean the multi-tool immediately.
Avoid any contact between your clothes and
the fuel. If you spill fuel on your clothes,
change immediately (to prevent your clothes
from catching fire).
Regularly check the tank cap to make sure it is
tight and not leaking.
Check the machine for leaks – if you notice a
fuel leak, do not start the engine – risk of fatal
burns!
