Run-in process

SycoTec recommends to do a daily warm up before first spindle start according to following daily warm
up rules. After longer storage or standstill periods and before initial operation, start up the motor spindle
according to the following run-in rules (greasing cycle of the spindle bearing). During the run-in, the
motor spindle temperature on the outside housing should not exceed 40°C.
1. Interval with 25% of maximum speed
2. Interval with 40% of maximum speed
3. Interval with 60% of maximum speed
5. Interval with 40% of maximum speed
6. Interval with 60% of maximum speed
8. Interval with 60% of maximum speed
9. Interval with 80% of maximum speed
