Integrity Test

Each cassette is fully tested at Sartorius. It is therefore recommended that
no other integrity test be carried out on-site.

Information about Complaints

If you would like to send cassettes to Sartorius Stedim Biotech for review,
please ensure the following:
— that the customer service is contacted, who will provide you with a return
authorization form.
— that the cassettes have been completely cleaned;
— that the cassettes have been disinfected;
— that the following information is provided:
— the medium that was filtered using the cassettes;
— any errors that were observed;
— the operating parameters in use at the time of filtration (pressure
settings, operating time, process cycles, cleaning conditions,
operating temperature);
— cleaning method used;
— disinfecting agent used.
