Diaphragm valve type 514, 515, 517, 519
7. Remove the housing nut.
8. Remove inner housing and spindle assembly from Valve body.
9. Remove spindle assembly from inner housing with light tap on position indicator pin.
10. Lubricate all O-rings with silicone grease before assembly. Change O-ring on spindle nut and inner housing.
WARNING!
Leaking gasket!
Danger of injury due to escaping medium because of damage, aged or incorrectly lubricated gaskets.
► Store gaskets if possible in a cool (room temperature), dry and dark place.
► Before installing them, the gaskets have to be checked on possible aging damages, such as fissures and hardenings.
► Regularly inspect for damage and replace gaskets if necessary.
► Lubricate the gaskets with silicone or Polyol based grease. Do not use mineral oil-based greases or Vaseline (Petrolatum).
► Observe the special manufacturers notes for paint-compatible valves (LABS cleaned).
