11. Turn position indicator pin out of spindle nut. Screw new position indicator pin with O-ring hand-tight into spindle nut.
NOTE!
The thread of the position indicator pin is mechanically secured, when unscrewing the first turns are difficult.

When mounting the position indicator pin: Spindle nut must be completely screwed into spindle.

12. Further assembly of the spindle assembly is done in reverse order.
13. Position the lugs of the diaphragm precisely between the narrow guide rails of the inner housing.
14. Tighten the housing nut using the strap wrench until a gap of 0.5 to 1 mm is achieved between the Valve body and the housing
nut and the semicircular indicator on the housing nut is aligned with the friction lock on the Valve body.
DANGER!
Do not grease the housing nut!
The use of grease, especially on amorphous plastics, can cause stress cracking on the Valve body. There can be consequences after
contact with hazardous medium. The functioning of the valve is no longer guaranteed.
► Do not use any grease on the threaded connection between the housing nut and the Valve body.
15. Place the handwheel and turn it at least 2 times; you will clearly hear it engage.
