Cavitation should be avoided!
Cavitation can cause damage to components in the diaphragm valve.
► Use valve only in optimal control operation.
NOTE!
Valve is seated firmly!
Valves that are in the same position all the time can get stuck over time.
► Operate at least 1-2 times a year to check that they work properly.

Optical position indicator
The handwheel can be used to open (counterclockwise) or close (clockwise) the valve. The optical position indicator shows the posi-
tion of the valve.

Handwheel
The handwheel can be secured against unintentional operation via the latch.
Handwheel unlocked
The latch can be secured with a lock.
Handwheel locked with a lock
CAUTION!
Do not remove the handwheel during operation!
Removing the handwheel during operation will make it impossible to operate the valve, resulting in a risk of property damage.
► The valve may only be operated with the handwheel mounted.
