This sub-menu allows the user to test each relay of the RVT.
Test alarm: allows testing of the alarm relay
Test fan: allows testing of the fan/warning relay
Test outputs: allows testing of each output capacitor relay (the RVT will take care of the programmed switching de-
lays)
