Do not overexert yourself.
Start out slowly and work up to a more vigorous workout.
WARNING!
If you use the device on the door frame for pull-ups, the safety wedge must be
placed centrally according to the marking shown below!
Only for door frames between 20 - 25 mm frame thickness and with a frame
depth of approx. 150 mm!
