Die Kamera ist, je nach Variante auf eine bestimmte
Fokuslage voreingestellt. Entnehmen Sie die Fokus-
lage dem Typenschild des Kamerakopfs. Die Fokuslage
kann aufgrund der Abdichtung gegenüber Medien,
insbesondere bei Versagen
Beschädigung durch abgebrochene Werkzeug- oder
Werkstückteile nachträglich nicht eigenständig verändert
werden.
Der Rotor muss sich frei drehen können, die
Abdichtung erfolgt durch die Sperrluft. Montieren Sie
daher keinesfalls beiliegende Dichtungsringe im Labyrinth
des Rotoraußenringes! Diese sind für die Abdichtung an
den Haltern vorgesehen. Dadurch wird die Funktion beein-
trächtigt und das System kann beschädigt werden.
Bei Einstellbedarf wenden Sie sich bitte an den
Hersteller. Jeglicher Versuch, das Gehäuse des Kamera-
kopfes zu öffnen um die Fokuslage selbst einzustellen
geht mit dem Verlust der Gewährleistung einher.

Montage Standardkomponenten

Vor Beginn der Installationsarbeiten muss sicher-
gestellt werden, dass die Maschine von befähigtem
Fachpersonal ausgeschaltet und sicher gegen Wiederein-
schalten abgesichert wurde. Bei Zuwiderhandlung besteht
Verletzungsgefahr.
Bei Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsbereich der Werkzeug-
maschine besteht gegebenenfalls Verletzungsgefahr
durch rutschige Oberflächen und scharfe Kanten in der
Werkzeugmaschine. Tragen Sie geeignete Schutzaus-
rüstung.
Stellen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeit sicher, dass anzu-
schließende Druckluftkomponenten ausgeschaltet sind
und machen Sie das System drucklos. Bei Zuwider-
handlung besteht Verletzungsgefahr.
Die Montage der Kamera kann auf unterschiedliche
Weise vorgenommen werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass
Sie den Kamerakopf so einbauen, dass Wärme über eine
metallische, wärmeleitende
abgeführt werden kann. Eine Installation in eine Blech-
wand ist hierfür ausreichend.
Die Gewinde sitzen in einer Achse mit den Positionen
der Kameraoptik(en) (Abb. 3-E1, je nach Ausstattung
Abb. 3-E2). Für eine Ausgabe im Querformat müssen
die Schraubpositionen (Abb. 3-C) auf einer Horizontalen
liegen. Für Hochformat entsprechend auf einer Vertikalen.
Befestigung des Kamerakopfs
Neben dem optional erhältlichen Befestigungszubehör
(siehe auch Abschnitt „Flex-Armhalter", „Kugelhalterung"
und „Spindelmontage") kann die Kamera nach individuellen
Wünschen befestigt werden.

The rotor must be able to rotate freely; sealing is
achieved by the sealing air. Therefore, do not install the
enclosed sealing rings in the labyrinth of the rotor outer
ring under any circumstances! These are intended for
sealing at the holders. This will impair the function and the
system may be damaged.
If adjustment of the focus is required, please
contact the manufacturer. Any attempt to open the
housing of the camera head in order to adjust the focus
position yourself will invalidate the warranty.

Installation of standard components

Before beginning the installation work, it must be
ensured that the machine is switched off by qualified
specialist personnel and properly secured against being
switched back on. Failure to observe this will result in a risk
of injury.
When performing tasks in the working area of the
machine tool, there may be a risk of injury from slippery
surfaces and sharp edges. Wear suitable protective equip-
ment.
Before beginning work, ensure that compressed air
components to be connected are switched off and ensure
that the system is completely depressurised. Failure to
observe this will result in a risk of injury.
The assembly of the camera can be performed in various
ways. Ensure that you install the camera head such that
heat can be adequately dissipated by a metallic, heat-
conducting surface. Installation in a sheet metal panel is
sufficient for this purpose.
The screw threads are located in a line with the positions
of the camera lens(es) (Fig. 3-E1, or depending on
configuration Fig. 3-E2). For output in landscape format,
the screw positions (Fig. 3-C) must be located along a
horizontal line. For portrait format, they must be along a
vertical line.
Mounting the camera head
In addition to the
accessories (also see the sections „Flex arm mount",
„Ball mount" and „Spindle mounting"), the camera can
be mounted according to individual requirements.
