DIN EN 60715 installiert. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die
HDMI-Box mit der Schutzart IP30 unter Anderem nicht
gegen das Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten geschützt ist.
Zur Hutschienenmontage können Sie den vormontierten
Hutschienenclip verwenden. Dieser lässt sich in 90°
Schritten gedreht am Gehäuse der HDMI-Box befestigen.
Somit können Sie die HDMI-Box in gewünschter
Position anbringen. Hängen Sie die obere Lasche des
Hutschienenclips an die obere Kante der Hutschiene
(Abb. 4-1). Drücken Sie die HDMI-Box leicht nach unten,
sodass das Federelement des Clips an der unteren Kante
einrastet (Abb. 4-2).
Zum Entfernen der
Schraubenzieher und ziehen die Lasche des Clips leicht
nach unten. Das Gerät kann nun leicht nach oben bewegt
und ausgehängt werden.
Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse der HDMI-Box nicht, da
sonst die Gewährleistungsansprüche verfallen.

Optimierungen durch den Hersteller

Das Produkt unterliegt
Optimierungsprozess. Nach Ermessen des Herstellers
können Änderungen an Geometrie, Anschlüssen und
Schnittstellen vorgenommen werden, die nicht das
grundsätzliche Konzept des Produktes verändern. Der
Hersteller verpflichtet sich nicht, über nichtfunktionelle
Anpassungen am Produkt aktiv zu informieren.

Montage Zuleitungen

Führen Sie das Datenkabel (Abb. 2-B1) vom Kamerakopf
bzw. vom Adapter des Halters in den Schaltschrank bzw.
an den Installationsort der HDMI-Box. Achten Sie dabei
auf sachgemäße Abdichtung an den Durchführungen von
medienbeaufschlagten Bereichen in geschützte Bereiche
bzw. in den Schaltschrank.
Verbinden Sie das Kabel mit der Schnittstelle für den
Kamerakopf mit der Aufschrift „Camera".
Achten Sie beim Verlegen des Kabels darauf, dass keine
Störsignale von benachbarten Stromkabeln die Über-
tragung beeinträchtigen. Wir empfehlen die Verwendung
des mitgelieferten Kabels.
Bitte stellen Sie unbedingt die Trockenheit und
Sauberkeit sowie die korrekte Einstellung der zugeführten
Sperrluft sicher. Der Kamerakopf ist mit einem Drucksensor
ausgestattet. Dieser hilft bei der korrekten Einstellung der
Sperrluft und überwacht diese dauerhaft. Eine fehler-
hafte Einstellung oder eine Beschädigung des Systems
wird detektiert und eine Warnung in der Bedienoberfläche
angezeigt. Wir raten davon ab, den Kamerakopf nach oben
auszurichten, da bei fehlerhafter Sperrluftversorgung oder
auftreffender Flüssigkeit bei ausgeschalteter Maschine
Medien leichter in das Labyrinth eindringen können.
HDMI-Box nutzen Sie

For top-hat rail mounting, you can use the pre-mounted
top-hat rail clip. It can be rotated in steps of 90° and affixed
to the HDMI unit housing. This allows you to attach the
HDMI unit in the desired position. Hang the upper flange
of the top-hat rail clip on the upper edge of the top-hat
rail (Fig. 4-1). Gently press the HDMI unit downwards, such
that the spring element of the clip snaps into place at the
bottom edge (Fig. 4-2).

pull the flange of the clip downwards. The device can now
easily be moved upwards and removed.
Do not open the housing of the control computer,
as this will void all warranty claims.
Optimisations by the manufacturer
The product is subject to a continuous optimisation
process. At the manufacturer's discretion, changes can
be made to geometry, connections and interfaces that
do not change the basic concept of the product. The
manufacturer is not obliged to actively inform about non-
functional adjustments to the product.

Installation of supply lines

Lay the data cable (Fig. 2-B1) from the camera head and/
or the adapter of the mount into the control cabinet and/
or to the installation site of the HDMI unit. When doing
so, ensure proper sealing at the transitions from areas
exposed to media into protected areas and/or into the
control cabinet.
Connect the cable to the interface for the camera head
with the label „Camera".
When laying the cable, ensure that no interfering signals
from neighbouring power cables can disrupt the trans-
mission. We recommend to use the cable provided.
Please ensure the dryness and cleanliness as well
as the correct configuration of the sealing air supplied.
The camera head is equipped with a pressure sensor.
It helps with the correct configuration of the sealing air
and monitors it constantly. An incorrect configuration or
damage to the system is detected and a warning displayed
in the user interface. It is not recommendable to orientate
the camera head upwards due to the risk of fluids entering
the labyrinth sealing in the case of insufficient air purge or
fluids occurring while the machine is switched off.
