Induktivkontakt Typ 831
Anwendung
Bei Geräten mit Induktivkontakt erfolgt die Signalgabe
durch Bedämpfung von im Gerät eingebauten Schlitz-
initiatoren. Die Bedämpfung erfolgt durch eine am Zei-
ger befestigte Schaltlasche. Bei diesen Schlitzinitiatoren
handelt es sich um Sensoren nach NAMUR Standard.
Das bedeutet, dass eine Auswertung nur durch den Ein-
satz von Namur-Eingangsverstärkern erfolgen kann.
Ein Gerät mit Induktivkontakten kann somit explosions-
gefährdeten Räumen eingesetzt werden.
Schaltfunktionen
– Kennzahl 1 nach dem Induktivkontakt-Typ-Nr.
bedeutet: Kontakt schließt den Steuer-Stromkreis bei
Überschreiten des eingestellten Sollwertes.
Fahne geht aus dem Steuerkopf.
– Kennzahl 2 nach dem Induktivkontakt-Typ-Nr.
bedeutet:
Kontakt öffnet den Stromkreis bei Überschreiten des
eingestellten Sollwertes.
Fahne geht in den Steuerkopf.
Bei Induktivkontakten mit mehreren Kontakten wird
unterschieden zwischen 1., 2. usw. Kontakt. Der 1. Kon-
takt ist jeweils der , der dem linken Skalenanfangs- bzw.
Endwert am nächsten liegt. Der Schaltfunktion, wie in
nachfolgender Tabelle beschrieben, liegt eine Drehbe-
wegung des Instrumentenzeigers (Istwertzeiger) im
Uhrzeigersinn zugrunde. Bewegt sich der Istwertzeiger
entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn erfolgt die umgekehrte
Schaltfunktion.

Inductive contact, type 831
Application
For instruments provided with an inductive contact, sig-
nalling is effected by damping the proximity switches
installed in the instrument. Damping takes place by a
contact link fixed at the instrument`s pointer. The afore
mentioned proximity switches are sensors according to
NAMUR standards implying that evaluation is only
possible by use of Namur input amplifiers.
An instrument equipped with proximity switches
allows for its application in explosion-hazardous loca-
tions.
Contact function
– Index 1 after the inductive contact model no. means:
contact closes the control circuit when exceeding the
setpoint. Flag ermeges from the control head.
– Index 2 after the inductive contact model no. means:
contact opens the control circuit when exceeding the
setpoint. Flag retreats into the control head.
Inductive contacts with several contacts require a clear
distinction between the 1st, 2nd etc. contact. The 1st
contact is always the one which is most close to the left
initial scale value respectively full scale value. Basis of
the contact function as described in the table below is
the rotation of the instrument`s pointer (actual value
pointer) in clockwise direction. If the actual value poin-
ter moves in anti-clockwise direction, the contact func-
tion is reversed.
