 Start Schedule 61.
 Turn on "Schedule in progress" output (1.11).
 Reset counter to the beginning of step 2.
 Decrease Tip Dress remaining counter by one.
 Turn off "Tip dress warning, electrode" output (1.13).
 Turn on "End of sequence" output (1.10).
 Turn off "Schedule in progress" output (1.11).
 Robot turns off "Start" Input (1.6).
 Turn off "End of Sequence" Output (1.10).
