Special features

The welding controller features the following specifics:
 Timer has been prepared for networking with an Ethernet-IP module (on-board)
 Number of electrodes: 32 (electrode no.: 0 to electrode no.: 31)
 The time within the current has to exceed a minimum threshold is adjustable. If
this threshold is not exceeded on average, the sequence is stopped and an
error message occurs.
 The "Stop circuit open / no 24 V" fault is automatically reset.
 The DC link voltage is always verified, the fault message is automatically reset.
 Due to timer-internal routines, the minimal preweld/squeeze time is 16 ms.
 The time within the current has to exceed a minimum threshold is adjustable.
If this threshold is not exceeded on average, the sequence is stopped and an
error message occurs.
 The digital input Transformer Temperature (X3,5) will monitored.
 At the end of the squeeze time the discrete input X2.4 is checked. The program
can move on to the weld time when the input becomes high.
 Output "Electrode prewarning" and "Max. electrode life"
These two stepper state outputs refer to all electrodes of all weld programs.
 Output "Tip dress warning"
This output will be set, if the electrode of the actual sequence has the specified
status. The output gets active during the Hold time and will be reset with the
falling edge of the output EOS.
 External temperature monitoring
The inputs "external temperature" are permanently monitored.
 The output "Q Stop" is set to 1 simultaneously with the output "Welding fault" if
a Q Stop error occurs. It is reset to 0 as soon as the fault will be reset.
 The input "End Of Component" is used for the Q-Stop functionality. The input
indicates that all spots on a component have been done.
 Output "No Control Stop":
Indication that the weld controller is not in a control stopped state.
