ASSEMBLY
WARNING:
Al w ays be sure that the tool is
switched off and battery cartridge is removed
before carrying out any w ork on the tool. F a i l u r e t o
switch off and remove the battery cartridge may result
in serious personal injury from accidental start-up.

Never start the tool unless it is

Installing the handle
1.
A t t a c h t h e u p p e r a n d l o w e r c l a m p s o n t h e d a m p e r .
2. Put the handle on the upper clamp and fix it with
h e x s o c k e t h e a d b o l t s a s i l l u s t r a t e d .

Hex w rench storage
CAUTION:
Be careful not to leave the hex
w rench inserted in the tool head. I t m a y c a u s e

Installing the cutting tool
CAUTION:
Al w ays use the supplied w renches
to remove or to install the cutting tool.
CAUTION:
Be sure to remove the hex w rench
inserted into the tool head after installing the
cutting tool.

cutting head.

Correct combination of the cutting

nation of cutting tool and the protector. A w r o n g
c o m b i n a t i o n m a y n o t p r o t e c t y o u f r o m
flying debris, and stones. It can also affect the bal-
ance of the tool and result in an injury.
