Shield Termination
All cables entering the enclosure should be shielded cable to prevent electrical
interference from affecting the performance of the terminal. To properly terminate
the shield connection, follow the guidelines provided.

Cable shielding should be grounded to the enclosure by spreading the shield
wires as shown at the top of Figure 2-26, then folding them back over the
plastic component of the cable gland before pressing it into the threaded body.
